Director of Sales and Marketing

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the sales, marketing, and events teams. The ideal candidate will have progressive hotel sales experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue.

Requirements

• Six or more years of progressive hotel sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
• Ability to develop and oversee annual business plans
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Events P&L management
• Revenue forecasting and business strategy development
• Training and supervising sales and marketing teams
• Overseeing marketing plan execution and evaluation
