Vietnamese Speaking Sales Associate

We are seeking a Vietnamese native speaker fluent in English to join our team in Malaysia as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will engage with advertisers, understand their business goals, and provide tailored digital marketing solutions through consultative sales.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a digital marketing or online sales organization
• Proven experience in outbound sales and calling, with strong consultative selling skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (verbal, written, and listening)
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and thrives in a competitive inside sales environment
• Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, with strong client communication abilities
• Proficient in MS Office, email, and voicemail systems
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to take direction while demonstrating initiative
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
