We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Group Business Development Manager to lead business development initiatives across HR services, focusing on payroll, HR information systems, administration services, training, recruitment, and contract workforce outsourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within HR services, training, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of HR payroll services, HR information systems, HR administration, training, recruitment, and contract workforce outsourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
