Job Description
The Senior Tooling Manager is responsible for leading the Tool Room Group in areas including new mold and component construction, lifecycle asset management, and machining. The role drives long-term business objectives by defining goals through data and metrics and practicing strong leadership, change management, project management, technical skills, and standardization of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Tool Room environment with demonstrated expertise in the areas of plastic injection mold repair, new mold construction, mold design, jig, fixture design and construction, and machining
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Tool Room environment in a leadership role
