Job Description
The Agile Delivery & Quality Lead guides multiple cross-functional teams in applying Agile and Scrum practices to deliver high-performing software solutions. This role fosters collaboration among firmware, backend, mobile, QA, UX/UI, and product teams.
Requirements
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies for multiple project teams
- Serves as a servant leader to development teams
- Removes impediments and identifies risks to delivery timelines
- Partners with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements and sprint goals
- Supervises the QA/Automation Engineer and oversees QA and automation processes
- Collaborates with other teams to embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitors and reports on sprint progress and delivery metrics
- Promotes Agile best practices and a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency
