The Facilities Maintenance Technician III performs installation, repair, and maintenance of building and plant electro-mechanical equipment. Demonstrates behavior consistent with the company's values of Customer Satisfaction, Innovation, Family, and Social Responsibility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of trade school or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive facility maintenance experience
- Ability to read blueprints, schematic diagrams, and technical data sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and sufficient driving record
