Job Description
As a BI Analyst, you will empower teams across the organization to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your core responsibility is to translate data into actionable insights—communicating findings to stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing directly to improved business performance.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
- Solid SQL skills and strong proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and feel comfortable working with complex datasets
- Well-organised and proactively contribute new ideas
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, meeting project deadlines with confidence
