Job Description
Pasea Hotel & Spa offers a Culinary Apprenticeship Internship for students in Saddleback College's culinary arts program. The paid, part-time opportunity provides hands-on experience in kitchen operations and mentorship from award-winning chefs.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in the Culinary Arts Program at Saddleback College
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and approved for internship placement via DIAG USA
- Availability to work 20–24 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Strong passion for culinary arts and hospitality service
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- Current Food Handlers Card or willingness and ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment
