Nutrition Aide

The Nutrition Aide will prepare patient meals, deliver them to patients, clean food and supplies, and assist with various tasks in the hospital kitchen. They maintain hygiene standards, communicate with the kitchen staff, and provide menu choices based on patient needs and dietary guidelines. This role involves maintaining food safety and quality while ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

• Assist in the preparation of meals.
• Deliver patient meals following established guidelines.
• Retrieve, wash and store dishes according to guidelines.
• Complete assigned cleaning per schedule.
• Prepare and serve café items.
• Utilize cashiering system.
