Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their team and provide gastroenterology and liver disease patient care. The position involves managing a full patient caseload, providing assessments, ordering tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. The ideal candidate will be a team player committed to excellence and patient well-being.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current APP certification as Physician’s Assistant OR current APRN Specialty Certification.
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant OR currently licensed as an APRN in the state of MN and current MN RN license.
- Current BLS
- Current DEA certification
- Maintain CME requirements
- 1-year experience as a NP or PA
