Job Description
HealthPartners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their Digestive Care practice team. This role focuses on providing new patient assessment, chronic disease management, and between-visit care for patients with liver and general GI disease. The provider will be a trusted member of the GI team and contribute to excellent patient care. The position requires a dedicated individual committed to compassion and partnership.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program or accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant OR currently licensed as an APRN in the state of MN and current MN RN license.
- Current APP certification as Physician’s Assistant OR current APRN Specialty Certification
- Must maintain CME requirements
- Current BLS
- Current DEA certification
- 1-year experience as a NP or PA
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of communicating effectively, handling confidential information and operating electronic medical records
