UK/I Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work directly with HubSpot customers to resolve product-related queries and deliver a human and proactive support experience. You'll collaborate within a dynamic team environment and have flexibility in where you work from, whether it's in our Dublin office, 100% remotely, or a mix of both.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably within a software or technology company
• Strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and ability to understand and use product documentation
• Self-motivated, curious, and growth-minded individual
• Ability to develop technical skills and acquire comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot product and related technical concepts
