Senior Product Manager - Billing and Revenue Reporting - Remote US

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Billing & Revenue Reporting platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of finance workflows, ERP Integrations, and a passion for solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Strong focus on financial technology or B2B SaaS
• Proven experience building and scaling billing platforms and revenue reporting for supporting recurring revenue models
• Deep understanding of finance workflows, including quote-to-cash processes and usage billing
• Exceptional analytical skills and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Experience launching products successfully to customers
• Multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business, and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
• Ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
• Deep respect for the expertise and insights of collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
• Drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solve for their problems
• Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
• Passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
• Desire to understand how HubSpot products work
• Ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate often without perfect information
