Job Description
The Fleet Technician 1 assists in the repair and diagnosis of truck and trailing equipment, following standard operating procedures. This role involves service and repair of tires, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Preventative maintenance, inspections, and DOT compliance are key responsibilities. The technician will work as part of a team and is expected to communicate effectively.
Requirements
- 1-2 years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational / technical or certification preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Valid Driver’s license (CDL A preferred)
