Job Description
The Fleet Technician 2 will repair and diagnose major truck and trailing equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and test vehicles. They will work under the direction of the shop manager and follow company procedures. The role requires diagnostic skills, mechanical understanding, and compliance with DOT standards.
Requirements
- 2-4 years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational / technical or certification preferred
- Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid CDL Class A license (with air brake endorsement)
- Basic computer skills
