RF Optimization Engineer

This RF Optimization Engineer role focuses on improving 2G/3G/LTE KPIs through analysis, resolution of customer complaints, and performance analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing RAN counters, managing coverage and mobility, and understanding radio resource management functionalities. They also need to understand accessibility and retention issues.

Requirements

• Graduated from Electrical / Electronics / Communication Engineer
• 3+ years experience in RF Planning & Optimization for GUL
• Good knowledge of Huawei tools
• Good knowledge at 2G / 3G /LTE planning and optimization processes, analysis/monitoring
• Good knowledge of Huawei 2G &3G features and parameters
• Good level in both written/spoken English
• Excellent MS Office applications
