Principal Radio Network Optimization Engineer

The Principal Radio Network Optimization Engineer will manage Huawei 2G/3G/4G networks, focusing on Service Quality Improvement, LTE services, and end-user experience. The role involves leading RF Engineers, presenting technical cases, and analyzing network performance data to optimize network performance and feature tuning. The engineer will also be involved in the transfer of knowledge to new users and clients.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience for RF Optimization with minimum 5 years on LTE
• Expert level knowledge of Huawei planning and optimization tools such as Genex Discovery, PRS, Unet, eMAE, SmartCare, and Huawei GUL
• Expert level knowledge of Huawei GUL features and parameters
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Willing to participate in long term project in Turkey
• Willing to work in dedicated and result oriented environment
• Both Turkish and English speaking/writing advanced level is must
• Ability to work under high pressure
