Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead data and AI product initiatives from our Chandigarh/ Mohali office. The candidate will define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI products, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar roles, preferably with a focus on data or AI-driven products
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products using customer-centric and outcome-driven practices with emphasis on discovery before development
- Strong understanding of data concepts, including analytics, KPIs, ETL pipelines, data modeling and LLMs
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and documentation
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Superset), data platforms (e.g., Oracle, DB2, Exasol or similar) and large language models like llama
- Cloud Environments like AWS, CGP or Azure
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and communicate complex data/AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Fluency in English
