On-Call Therapist - 890 Residential

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an On-Call Therapist to provide individual and group therapy, counseling, and support services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. The therapist will work collaboratively with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care and create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Registration (AMSW, AMFT, APCC) from a regionally accredited graduate school and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
• First Aid and CPR Certified within 30 days of employment
• Valid California driver's license
• Experience with Drug Medi-Cal operations
• Experience with mental health assessment and diagnosis
• Experience establishing supportive relationships and working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
• Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency
