On-Call SUD Counselor - 815 Residential Services

HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization that provides accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. The On-Call SUD Counselor is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team that supports clients through assessment of their needs and strengths in support of their health and recovery.

Requirements

• Facilitate group counseling sessions, community meetings, and teach classes on various treatment-related topics
• Perform crisis intervention and communicate with treatment team
• Properly document all group counseling sessions and individual sessions
• Meet residential service delivery goal of 60%
• Proactively link clients to internal and external resources
• Follow up on client progress or status
• Maintain safety and security of clients in the facility
• Assign client duties and sign off upon completion
• Collaborate with client and other internal and external resources to develop treatment plans
• Complete discharge paperwork/process and other required agency assessments
