Head of Sales Planning

We are seeking a Head of Sales Planning to join a world leading telecommunication company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cost effective incentive schemes, strengthening performance monitoring systems, and leading the Sales Support team.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, accounting and finance, business analytics or related disciplines
• Over 8 years of experience in sales planning, sales performance management or business analytics, telecom industry preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communications skills with business acumen
• Knowledge in Excel and any database analysis software
• Good command in both Chinese and English
