Head of Direct Sales

Our client is a well-established and world leading telecommunication company seeking a Head of Direct Sales to join their Sales team. Key responsibilities include formulating sales strategy, tracking sales performance, researching markets, and developing sales representatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 8 years management experience in sales operations
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales driven, strategic and result-oriented
• Innovative with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office application
