Join Hotelchamp's commercial team as a Business Development Representative, working with hotels across Europe to transform their direct booking performance. Learn the foundations of modern SaaS sales and grow quickly with support from senior sales colleagues.
Requirements
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling to hotel prospects in DACH region
- Perform additional outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls/demos
- Clearly communicate the Hotelchamp value proposition
- Build, maintain, and update lead lists
- Manage CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive)
- Support market research to identify new opportunities
- Meet weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
