Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all hotel facilities and equipment are in good working condition. Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Preferred minimum two years of hotel or residential maintenance experience.
- HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing experience a plus.
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Maintains strong personal image and uniform standards.
