Job Description
We're seeking an IT Systems Administrator to administer, configure, and maintain enterprise systems and platforms, including Salesforce, Power BI, Applied Epic, and Microsoft Shared Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support in a mid-size corporate environment
- Experience in the insurance industry or financial services preferred
- Working knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD, Group Policy, and identity management practices
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following systems: Salesforce, Power BI, Applied Epic, Microsoft 365 / Shared Services
