Hospital Collections Specialist

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A HOSPITAL COLLECTION SPECIALIST! This role is responsible for posting payments received from patients, insurance companies, and third parties, and documenting payments into the patient accounting system.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of one (1) year's experience in facility billing experience with knowledge of Medicare DDE and computerized systems strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, excel, and outlook
• Excel-lent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Detail oriented and possessing strong time management skills
