Job Description
Horizontal Digital is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves technical architecture, solution reviews, and collaboration with various functional teams. The position requires a hands-on architect with a customer-centric approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of client-facing consulting experience with a focus on Salesforce architecture and solution design
- 6+ years of hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong systemdocumentation skills (ERDs, process flows, sequence diagrams, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience designing scalable integration patterns with external systems
- Experience working within cross-functional project teams
