Territory Manager

Honor Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance of their territory within Honor's Owned & Operated business. The role involves driving sustainable revenue and hours growth, developing frontline talent, and delivering consistent service.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operational or field leadership experience
• P&L management experience
• Direct leadership experience of frontline or quota-carrying teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Excel and/or BI tools
