Territory Manager

Honor Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to own the growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance of their territory within Honor’s Owned & Operated business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership leadership role for a results-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building, coaching, and motivating teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of operational or field leadership experience
• Demonstrated success driving territory or multi-site performance
• Experience operating in a growth-stage or rapidly evolving environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured, effective communication
• Experience leading frontline teams through coaching, accountability, and hands-on support
