Regional Vice President of Provider Development

Homeward is rearchitecting the delivery of health and care in partnership with communities everywhere, starting in rural America. We're creating a new healthcare delivery model that addresses the issues that have historically limited access and quality to care in rural America.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations in an executive leadership position
• Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle, financial workflows, and reimbursement models
• Proven success engaging rural or community hospital executives and fostering long-term partnerships
• Strong consultative communication skills with both clinical and administrative leaders
• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented; able to partner across RCM Operations, Growth, Legal, and Product
• Mission-driven, committed to improving access and sustainability in rural healthcare
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
