Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare operations in an executive leadership position
- Deep understanding of hospital revenue cycle, financial workflows, and reimbursement models
- Proven success engaging rural or community hospital executives and fostering long-term partnerships
- Strong consultative communication skills with both clinical and administrative leaders
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented; able to partner across RCM Operations, Growth, Legal, and Product
- Mission-driven, committed to improving access and sustainability in rural healthcare
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
