Food servers are responsible for ensuring guests enjoyment, possessing good communication skills and extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
Requirements
- Serve a section of tables
- Work in a team environment
- Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage offering
- Sell food and beverage items
- Enter and complete guests order on the point-of-sale computer system
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Carry and transport trays with beverages and/or plates
- Clear and reset tables
- Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
- Perform other duties as directed
