To provide specialist technical support and product expertise to customers, distributors and internal team in the UK and internationally in relation to Kentec's fire detection and alarm control products.
Requirements
- Good communication and people skills.
- Understanding of Kentec's products portfolio (full training given to the right candidate).
- Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Interest and knowledge of basic electronics and microprocessor-based technology.
- Understanding of Kentec's software configuration tool (Loop Explorer) is advantageous.
