Maintenance Technician

Join Keymont Community Management as a Maintenance Technician to perform daily building operations, diagnose and repair various systems, and maintain high quality standards. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in residential or condominium maintenance, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of residential or condominium maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• EPA 608 Certification required, Universal certification preferred
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Excel and Word
