Maintenance Tech

Keymont Community Management (KCM) is seeking a highly capable and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our condominium community. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills along with the ability to independently manage daily building operations when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of residential or condominium maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• EPA 608 Certification required, Universal certification preferred
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems including Excel and Word
