Requirements
- A recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a shared services role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of HR processes and technologies, with a focus on operational excellence and automation
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, agility, management, and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
- Up-to-date knowledge of Putonghua
