Job Description
The Technical Recruiter will build the hiring engine from the ground up, partnering closely with founders and senior leaders to recruit exceptional talent across engineering, design, and core business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sourcing ability, a builder's mindset, and demonstrated success owning recruiting in early-stage environments.
Requirements
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business teams
- Build scalable recruiting infrastructure
- Maintain ATS excellence and process discipline
- Track and improve funnel metrics
- Partner directly with founders on headcount planning
- Source creatively through GitHub and niche technical communities
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market dynamics
Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 – $250,000
