Job Description
Founding Recruiter for an early-stage technology startup to help build the company from the ground up, shaping the team, recruiting infrastructure, and talent philosophy. Work directly with the founding team at a critical inflection point and have an outsized impact on product, culture, and long-term success.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at early-stage tech startups (Seed–Series C)
- Demonstrated experience hiring product roles, not solely engineering positions
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure
- Ability to work EST hours consistently
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
- Comfort learning and adopting AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and decision-making
- Resume history focused on full-time, in-house recruiting (no temp-, contract-, or freelance-heavy backgrounds)
