Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company leveraging AI automation, voice agents, and API integrations to solve complex business problems. This role focuses on supporting clients from onboarding to long-term success, building and optimizing automation workflows, and collaborating with other departments. The position is hands-on, requires a customer-first mindset, and relies heavily on industry-standard tools.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Technical Onboarding
- Strong experience with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools, especially ChatGPT, Claude, or other voice/chat AI agents
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and other technical integrations
- Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to build SOPs and internal systems
