The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is seeking a Food and Beverage Outlets Manager to assist in the daily management of food and beverage operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
- Comfortability with learning new software and computer literacy
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Multi-unit management experience is a plus!
