Food and Beverage Outlets Manager - Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines

The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is looking for a Food and Beverage Outlet Manager to assist in the daily management of food and beverage operations, including guest service, food quality, and team member performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory position within food and beverage, preferably high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
• Previous experience with forecasting, labor management, and inventory
• Comfortability with learning new software and computer literacy
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Multi-unit management experience is a plus!
