Job Description
Hillside is seeking a Youth Care Professional III to deliver relationship-based, trauma-informed solutions to youth and families. This position involves mentoring, training staff, and performing shift charge responsibilities, with a focus on behavior management and crisis intervention. The role prioritizes building trust and achieving goals, while also managing special team projects and providing daily living skills training.
Requirements
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record and minimum insurance coverage.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment required
