Job Description
The Youth Care Professional III at Hillside is responsible for providing relationship-based solutions to youth and families in a trauma-informed manner. This role involves mentoring, training staff, and performing shift duties within an individual or group dynamic. The position requires strong communication, behavioral management, and crisis intervention skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment
- CPR certification required (within 60 days of hire or obtained within 1 year)
- Valid NYS driver’s license
