Job Description
As a Development Manager at Hill, you'll take the lead on the acquisition and pre-planning phases of residential and joint venture projects. You'll guide projects from concept through to handover, bringing together smart insight, strong leadership, and a clear sense of purpose.
Requirements
- Degree in Land Management, Planning, or a related discipline
- Member of (or working towards) RICS or RTPI
- Proven experience leading schemes from acquisition through to delivery
- Strong understanding of planning policy, technical constraints, and due diligence
- Commercially astute with experience preparing and reviewing appraisals
- Skilled in consultant coordination and bid preparation
- Confident negotiator and communicator with a collaborative mindset
- A proactive problem-solver who brings clarity and confidence to complex situations
