Job Description
Ambrose is seeking a Development Manager to execute land development, vertical construction projects, and provide support for acquisitions and dispositions. This role involves close collaboration with the development team and a focus on achieving perfect execution of speculative and build-to-suit industrial and logistics projects. The position requires a problem-solver with a strong drive and commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- Identify and due diligence potential land positions.
- Review surveys, geotechnical data, and environmental requirements.
- Lead development process and manage preconstruction and design teams.
- Monitor project status, budget, and scope.
- Coordinate utility connections and manage lease negotiations.
- Assist in due diligence processes for asset management and disposal.
- Maintain updated underwriting and RFP document drafting.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or real estate.
