HVAC Technician

We are looking for a skilled HVAC technician to join our team and help maintain the comfort and performance of our portfolio of Class A commercial buildings. As an HVAC technician, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, coordinate with outside contractors and the internal HVAC team, and represent Highwoods with professionalism and a team-first attitude.

Requirements

• Current driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of Energy Management Systems
• Availability to be on call ~every 5 weeks in rotation
• Refrigerant Recovery Certification (CFC)
• A minimum of 2 years of education from an approved/sanctioned Technical Institution and/or equivalent on-the-job training in the mechanical field consisting of a minimum of 60 consecutive months
• 5+ years' service experience in one or more of the following areas: Industrial HVAC or Commercial HVAC
• Experience with Energy Maintenance System is a plus!
