Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Highwoods, you will be part of a team that strives to provide best-in-class service to our customers located in the Raleigh Market. We're seeking someone passionate about crafting dynamic experiences and fostering a sense of community for our diverse customer base within the portfolio.

Requirements

• A fundamental knowledge of life safety systems including fire alarm, sprinkler, fire pumps, and emergency generators
• Be available for emergency calls at night, weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
• Maintain a current North Carolina Driver’s License
• Maintain a current Tennessee driver’s license.
• Be able to bend, stoop, crawl & climb ladders.
