Job Description
Highview Power is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and execute site construction across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget, and according to safety standards. The role involves leading engineering teams, coordinating various disciplines, and managing Contractor performance. It's a key position within a growing global organization focused on a cleaner energy future.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in industrial or energy-sector construction
- Proven track record in supervising multi-discipline construction (MEI, civil, structural)
- Strong working knowledge of construction sequencing and interface management
- In-depth understanding of HSE and engineering drawing interpretation
- Familiarity with ITPs, QA/QC systems and Commissioning readiness
- Proficiency in project planning tools
- Experience within EPC/owner's representative environments (advantageous)
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification preferred
- Valid engineering/construction qualification is an advantage.
