Job Description
CS Energy is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead the construction of renewable energy projects, foster client relationships, and oversee project operations. This role involves leading and motivating a team, implementing project management practices, ensuring project safety and profitability, and using quality management systems. The position is field-based and requires adaptability to various project sites.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant construction industry experience
- Experience overseeing self-perform work with multiple crews (20+ craft persons and equipment operators)
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, P3/P6 Primavera software
- Knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
