We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff, ensure community areas are maintained, and manage community budget and expenditures.

Requirements

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in apartment maintenance
• Excellence
• Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
