Highmark Residential seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff, ensure community areas are maintained, and improve team performance. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in apartment management and supervisor experience.

Requirements

• Leadership and team-building skills
• Experience in apartment maintenance
• Type II A/C Certification or Universal
• Valid driver's license
